Amaç: Bu çalışmada hastane içme, kullanma suyu ve sürüntü örnekleri mikrobiyolojik yönden incelenerek, risk oluşturup oluşturmadığı araştırıldı.Materyal Metot: Araştırmamızda 40 farklı içme başlıklarından alınan su ayrı olarak yöntemlerle incelendi. Su örneklerinin analizleri için membran filtrasyon yöntemi tek koloni düşürme ekim kullanıldı. Ayrıca kullanılan besiyerlerinde üreyen mikroorganizmalar MALDI-TOF MS ile identifiye edildi.Bulgular: Alınan kültürü neticesinde; E. coli, diğer koliform grubu bakteriler, Enterokok Legionella spp. üremesi saptanmadı. Bunun dışındaki mikroorganizmaların örneklerindeki üreme oranları; %22,5 Staphylococcus spp., %5 Bacillus %10 M. luteus, Küf maya %2,5 P. oryzihabitans’tır. İncelenen oranları sırasıyla; %15 Acinetobacter şeklindedir.Sonuç: Hastanelerde örneklerinde fırsatçı patojen bakterilerin izole edilmesi özellikle immünitesi zayıf hastalarda oluşturması açısından önemlidir. hastanemiz sularının Koliform spp bakterileri görülmüştür. Fakat hastanemizde yaptığımız analizde önem arz etmektedir. patojenlerin immündüşkün sağlık sorunlarına neden olabileceği göz ardı edilmemelidir.ndüşkün önemli edilmemelidir.
